Alissa Hammond, Solicitor

Alissa Hammond joined McWilliams Davis Lawyers in September 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience across the Western Australian property sector. Her background includes work in legal, real estate, property development and strata management organisations.

Alissa’s career has encompassed a broad range of roles, including residential and commercial conveyancing, managing both established and off-the-plan property sales, and overseeing strata title compliance and management.

Since the reforms to the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) came into force in May 2020, Alissa has concentrated on assisting lot owners, strata companies and strata managers to understand and implement the updated legislative requirements. Alissa’s work focuses on providing operational and management advice, ensuring compliance, meeting statutory obligations and delivering practical, effective solutions to the challenges faced within strata communities.

Alissa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2023.
