Cassandra (Cassy) Ellis, Senior Associate

Cassandra joined McWilliams Davis Lawyers in March 2026. She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2009. Cassy has worked in litigation for the past 16 years, specialising in common law and statutory personal injury claims.

Cassy has acted as instructing solicitor in a number of trials in various Northern Territory Courts. She has appeared on numerous occasions in the Northern Territory Local and Supreme Courts and various tribunals, and in the WA District and Supreme Courts.
